Access this screen through 'Add' from the 'Add New' screen from the 'Content' menu (here)

This page allows the admin add up a base site. Straight after you add the base you must add another site to hang off the base. The 'Base Name' is what the new Subsite will be known as from 'Smart-Menu' and in the breadcrumbs. The ticker text will continously scroll accross the screen from right to left in the public section.

Enter and format the text you want to appear on screen in the editor in the middle of the screen.

Field Mandatory Constraints Description

Base Name

 Y Text Field between 1 & 20 characters.  Name of the Base site as known by Smart-Menu & Breadcrumbs

Ticker Text

 N Text Field between 1 & 100 characters.  This will behave like a news ticker in the page on the public side. This text will constantly scroll from right to left on top of the content
Editor Text N - Rich Text that will be the main composition of the page. May contain hyperlinks, images, tables and other Rich Text elements
View Source NA True or False Allows admin view the raw HTML for the rich text. This feature may be useful for advanced html users.
Publish NA True or False While the Base is a work in progress and we don't want public users view the base, we can set this check box to false and change it to true at a later date when it is complete
