Access this screen by clicking on the 'Add New' button from the properties page of the Poll List (here)

This screen allows the admin add a poll to the chosen Poll List. You will need to give the poll a description, a question and fill out all the different options. You can select a 'Number of Choices' from the drop down list from between 2 & 10. The number of options will update accordingly.

Field Mandatory Constraints Description
Number of Choices Y must be numeric value between 2 & 10. The number of possible answers to the question posed in the poll.

Description

 Y Text Field between 1 & 40 characters.  Short description of the poll.
Question Y Text Field between 1 & 500 characters. The actual question posed in the poll
Optionx
[where x represents the option number]		 Y Text Field between 1 & 20 characters. Option text for the answers to the poll. i.e. possible answers to the question.
