Overview

Access this screen by clicking on the Content List text in the site explorer (here)

This page shows the properties for the specified content list. The page is split into 3 sections. The top section governs the behaviour of the Content List. The admin will be allowed change the 'Content Name', alter the 'Shortcut' value along with the 'Order By' setting.

The middle section is concerned with the 'Owners'. When you set up a user or edit a user in Clear-Site you can assign the user certain permissions as to which pages they have access to update. Any users that have permission to update the selected content list, will appear here. From the example above we can see that the user 'philip' has access to this Content List. By clicking on the 'here' below his name, we can remove his permissions or add permissions for a different user.

The final section is a list of the content items currently on the Content List along with some of their properties such as the headline, date created & author (in this case all have been added up by Philip O'Brien). There are also three options for the each story. The admin can either view the story in the public section, edit the story or delete it.

You'll also notice 3 buttons at the top of the screen, 'Public View', 'Delete' & 'Add New'. The public view shows the content list in the public section as it currently stands.

The 'Delete' button deletes the content list in its entirety. All stories contained in the content list will also be deleted permanently. You should be absolutely certain that you want to delete the list before clicking on this button.

The 'Add New' button allows you add a new story to the list.
