If you have
censorship enabled on some of your messageboards or guestbooks,
then any new entries will not be published without first being
screened by the admin user. The message/entry is in this
in-between state, it is called a suppressed message and must be
progressed from the censorship
centre.
You can look on censorship as a safety net for messages before
they appear on the public section of the site.
