There are two main
sections ina nay Clear-Site installation. There is the public
section where anybody on the internet can come to view the
pages, post messages, vote in polls etc. and the private (admin)
section where only admin users may log on to alter configuration
settings for the site.
A public page then
is any page in the public section of the website such ass a
content page, messageboard, poll, guestbook etc. There are no
security restrictions on a public page (i.e. anybody in the
world may view the content)
