At Clear-Soft we believe that support is very important. Thats why we are currently working hard on an integrated support section on the website. It is envisaged that customers can come here in the near future and log on to their own support account. Here they will have access to a knowledge base and support forum. They will be able to raise queries and view the status of open tickets amongst other things.
