What
is a Clear-Soft Template? |

A
Clear-Soft Template is a professionally designed, pre-built, four page
website. Each template will typically feature a home page, about page,
services page and a contact page.
Clear-Soft look after
the layout & design of the site, all the customer needs to do is
provide the text to fill in the gaps.  |

How
do I order a Clear-Soft Template? |

First
of all you will need to select one of our Templates.
Then all you need to do is complete our six step Web Wizard, select
your options and submit your order. Its as simple as that. |

How
much will it cost me each year? |
| A |
At
the time of writing, the baseline cost of each template is €99 per
year. This includes the liscense to use the template and your yearly
hosting fees. The customer will also have to pick up the stock
image tab which at the time if writing is €1 each. If you
already have a domain name registered, we can transfer it to our
servers for free. Otherwise we can register your domain name for you.

There are a number of
optional extras that you may choose to include in your package. These
will be one off payments and wil not be payable after the first year.

How
long does it take to get set up? |

Once
your order has been submitted we will start working on setting up your
website immediately. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours
containing a link to your final site so that you can preview it. If
you are happy with what you see, you can log in to our customer
section and submit payment details (The username and password for
logging in will be provided in the same email).
All in all, you will
have your very own fully finished website within 48 hours of
submitting your order. |

What is the Web Wizard? |

The
Clear-Soft Web Wizard is a 6 step software module on our website used
to take your website details. The wizard will prompt you to enter
(amongst other things) the text for each of your pages.
After you complete
the wizard, we will have enough information to create your final
website. You can preview your site as you progress through the wizard.

I see a logo with stock written on it when I preview my site through the Web Wizard.
What's that about? |

The
logo is used to denote that the image it pertains to is a stock
image. These images cost an extra €1
(at the time of writing) on top of your template price.

What upgrade options do I have? |
| A |
Being
a Clear-Soft customer automatically makes you eligible to a discount
on more of our products. That means that should you wish to upgrade to
Clear-Site
(our CMS solution) you can do so for a discounted price. |

How many email addresses do I get? |
| A |
You
will get 300 POP3 email boxes. That gives you 300 addresses which
should be more than enough for you.

Can
I update my site? |
| A |
You
will not have the tools to update your site. If you do require such
tools, see our Clear-Site
product.
